| Abstract: | From the view-point of value orientation to discuss en-
vironmental monitoring management and its position, effect,
and funation on environmental management, denoted that the
core of the special purpose of environmental monitoring func-
tion is planning and control, and is dependent on giving the
rein to the organization and functional coordination, and then
serving to environmental protection. |
