摘    要:采用超声波降解偶氮染料模拟废水酸性大红GR溶液,考察了反应时间、溶液温度、pH值、Fe2+浓度等因素对降解效果的影响。实验结果表明,该法能有效去除酸性大红GR,低温、酸性有利于酸性大红GR的降解;外加Fe2+和超声过程中产生的H2O2反应生成的·OH强化了酸性大红GR的声化学脱色和降解过程,脱色过程符合一级反应。5mmol/L的Fe2+促进超声反应6h,酸性大红GR脱色率达90.5%,COD去除率为65.2%。

Abstract:A test for decomposting of azo dye acid brilliant scarlet GR by ultrasonic wave was introduced.The effects of reaction time,temperature,pH and concentration of Fe2+ on the treatment efficiency were studied.Results indicated that the process could efficiently remove the dye,with the optimal operating conditions for the reaction in lower temperature and acidic medium.Generation of .OH by the reaction of Fe2+ added with H2O2 produced in the ultrasonic chemical process could enhance the ultrasonic chemical decolorization and degradation of the dye.The decolorization of dye followed the first order kinetics.Decolorization efficiency and COD removal of the dye solution respectively reached 90.5% and 65.2% with ultrasound under 5mmol/L of Fe2+ in 6h.
