| Abstract: | Reviewed the accidents of dioxin Contamination in American and Europe.Their countermeasure were substantialy to remove the high concentration contaminated substance and to cover the low concentration contaminated substance with clean soil.Discussed seven methods of decomposition for the high concentration dioxin in contaminated substance. |
