摘    要:对三维电极方法处理模拟印染废水的脱色进行了实验研究,初步探讨了三维电极处理印染废水的机理,对影响处理效果的各种因素,如曝气、填充物质种类、活性炭与铁屑重量比、槽电压、电极间距、初始废水pH值等进行了条件实验。实验结果表明:不曝气的脱色效果比曝气的脱色效果好;填充物为混合物活性炭与铁屑比活性炭、无填充物的脱色效果好;混合物活性炭和铁屑重量比为2:1时的脱色效果最佳;槽电压越高,脱色效果越好,但当大于某个值16v时,处理效果反而会下降;电极间距越小,脱色效果越好,但间距小于1.5cm时易短路而影响脱色效果;中性条件下的脱色率要优于酸性和碱性条件下的;综合考虑,在不曝气,活性炭和铁屑重量比为2:1,槽电压为16v,电极间距为6cm,溶液浓度为200mg/L,pH=6的条件下,降解时间为90win,脱色率可达98.7%。

Abstract:This paper is basing on the study of the color removal treatment of simulated dyestuffs wastewater with three - di- mensional - electrode method. The mechanism of treatment by three - dimensional - electrode method is studied, and the operational parameters, including applied aeration, packed materials and their weight ratio, voltage, electrode gap, pH value, etc, are discussed. The study shows the following results : Firstly, the effect of aeration on decolorizing is better than non - aeration. Secondly, using the mixture of activated carbon and iron as the packed material has better decolorizing capacity than only activated carbon or nothing. If the weight ratio of catvated carbon and iron is 2 : 1 then the mixture has the best decolorizing capacity. Thirdly, within a certain voltage scope, the higher the voltage, the better decolourizing capacity ; But if the voltage value is higher than 16 v, then the decolorizing capacity will be reduced. The shorter between the electrode gaps, the better. But it would cause short circuit if the gap is shorter than 1.5 cm. The decolorizing capacity is better in neutral condition than in acidic and alkaline condition. In summary ,the decolourizing ratio can reach 98.7% , basing on the following treating parameters: non - aeration, the weight ratio of activated carbon and iron is 2 : 1, voltage is 16 v, the electrode gap is 6 em, solution concentration is 200 mg/L, the pH value of wastewater is 6, and the acting time lasts for 90 rain.
