区域工业用水与工业结构调整系统分析

工业用水是工业生产过程中必不可少的原料和载体。减少工业用水量不仅在总体上可以进一步协调经济发展和水资源利用率限制的矛盾，而且相应起到减少工业废水排放量，在总体上可以减少对水环境污染的危害。因此，这就需要有一个比较适当的工业用水与工业结构之间的协调关系，使得在一定的水资源约束条件下，如何有助于区域经济的持续发展。同时水资源的合理使用的效益是一个多目标函数，产值的增加，污水量的减少，是一个综合效益组合。研究工业用水与工业结构宏观上的调整，探讨节约用水，减少排污是协调水资源保护和经济发展的有益尝试。本文旨在通过对上海苏州河截流地区的工业用水与工业结构调整的分析，从实践上证明在目前我国还很穷.不发展经济是没有出路的情况下，通过区域宏观上对工业用水和工业结构的调节和控制，才能在城市供水矛盾上得到缓解，对地区污染有所减少，这是一项非常有潜力和有目的的对策。 

System Analysis on the Regional Industrial Construction and Intaking Water Coordinating

Reducing industrial in taking water can not only coordinate economic develop-ment and water resource conflict, but aslo can reduce industrial waste water, in total water pollution damage. It is possible to establish a relationship between in-dustrial in taking water and industrial construction. This relationship make it possi-ble to provide information to assist in making effective decision on industrial con-struction and in taking water coordinating. It should be recognized that modified-optimization is possible, since a number of industrial category system designs exist that produce the same level of products at different level of in taking water. The aim of the paper is to present a case study to proof that the method is available in practical and theory.
