长江口水域菲含量及对斑马鱼组织结构的影响

摘    要:采集长江口表层水体样品,测定了样品中菲的含量,得到菲含量为13.55~91.73ng/L。据此,在实验室条件下,将斑马鱼暴露在浓度为50.0ng/L的菲水溶液中36d,研究了其对受试鱼鳃和肝组织结构的影响。结果显示,斑马鱼的鳃和肝组织均受到了损害,主要表现为鳃小片上皮细胞肿大和水肿;部分肝细胞出现肿大、细胞质中出现空泡。表明长江口表层水体受到一定程度的菲污染,长江口表层水体中的菲含量已经对鱼体的鳃和肝组织产生了毒性,应加以关注。

Abstract:Concentration of phenanthrene of 13.55~91.73ng/L was determined in waters of the Yangtze estuary.Histopathological effect of phenanthrene on gill and liver of zebrafish was assessed in laboratory,with structure of gill and liver tissues changed after fish exposing to 50.0ng/L phenanthrene for 36days.In the gills epithelial hypertrophy and edema were observed.In the liver there were hypertrophy of hepatocytes and vacuolization.Results indicated the Yangtze River was polluted to certain extent of phenanthrene and the concentration of phenanthrene in waters of the Yangtze River had toxic action on gill and liver tissues of fish.
