铁碳法处理味精废水试验研究

摘    要:采用铁碳法处理高浓度味精废水 ,试验结果表明 ,以铸铁屑作为接触材质提高pH效果优于不锈钢 ,以铸铁屑作为接触材质与废水反应 2h后pH可由 1 .97提高至 4 .88;铁碳反应后出水调节 pH至碱性时COD去除率随 pH升高逐渐上升 ,pH提高至 9.0时COD去除率可达 52 .5 % ;废水 pH由 1 .96提高至 4 .88时Fe2 + 浓度差为 3395mg/L。

Abstract:Iron-carbon reduction method was used to treat high concentrated monosodium L-glutamate wastewater. Results showed that cast-iron was better than stainless steel to raise pH value of monosodium L-glutamate wastewater, and pH value could be increased from 1.97 to 4.88 when cast-iron was used. COD removal rate increased with pH rising in iron-carbon reduction process and the removal reached 52.5% at pH 9.0. The increment of Fe~(2+) concentration was 3395mg/L when pH was raised from 1.96 to 4.88.
