摘    要:制药废水成分复杂、毒性大、含难生物降解物质,是较难处理的工业废水,本文针对制药废水的特点,选用铁屑过滤-催化电解-生化-复合催化氧化的组合工艺对此废水进行针对性处理.实验数据表明:采用铁屑过滤-催化电解-生化-复合催化氧化的组合工艺处理农药废水,可以使废水COD从17 954 mg/L降至86mg/L,去除率达到99%以上,出水COD降至100 mg/L以下,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级排放标准要求.

Abstract:Pharmaceutical wastewater has high complexity, toxicity, and non - biodegradable substance. Focused on the characteristics of pharmaceutical wastewater characteristics, this paper choose iron filters - catalytic electrolysis - biochemistry - combined process to treat the wastewater. The experimental data show that the process can reduce the COD from 17 954- mg/L to 86 rag/L, the removal rate is over 99%. The effluent COD dropped to 100 mg/E or less, reaching the standard I for Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB 8978 -1996).
