电除尘器二维电场——模型与特性

摘    要:对于圆柱形或星形电极造成的板式电除尘器二维电场,用模拟电荷法和镜象法求解其静电场。方法原则上也适用于三维情形。其中提出了一种由单极到多极静电场的合理、简便的迭加方法。以静电场结果为迭代初值,应用差分法(美国南方研究所方法)解电晕电场。其中提出非圆形电极当量直径的确定原则。在计算机程序中变动不同的参数值,可以得到反映电场特性的很多数据。电晕电场的计算结果与应用改进型探针装置的测量结果基本符合。

Abstract:For two dimensional electric field of electrostatic precipitator of parallel plates, produced by columnar electrode or by starry electrode, in this paper solution has been worked out of its electrostatic field with method of charge simulation and method of image. In principle this method also fits to tridimen-sional electric field. In this paper a rational and simple superposition method is provided.By using results of electrostatic field as initial iterated value, solution of corona field is found out by differential method, that of Southern Institute of America. The principle for determining equivalent diameter of non-columnar electrode is also provided. By changing parameters in the computer program, data indicating characteristics of electric field are available.Calculated results of corona field are basically in accord with the measured results with an improved probe used.
