上海市闵行区循环经济保障体系研究

The Study of the Security System for Circular Economy in Minhang District of Shanghai

The development of circular economy and establishment of Resources-Economical Society,we need to maximize the government＇s leading role to make great efforts to ensure the transition of enterprise＇s behavior,need to advocate the participation of public,and need to establish the security system for the development of circular economy.Based on analyzing the present condition of developing circular economy in Shanghai Minhang,a framework of security system for Minhang is established,including policy,economy,technology,culture,publicity and education.
