| 摘 要： | 水利水电工程环境监理是针对水利水电工程建设对区域环境影响特点引入的，有助于及时解决工程中的环境问题，文章结合重庆巫溪刘家沟水电站和东溪河梯级电站环境监理工作实践，探讨了水利水电工程施工期水环境、大气环境、声环境、固体废物、水土流失、陆生水生动植物、文物景观、人群健康和移民安置的环境监理要点，为建立完整的水利水电工程环境监理规范打下了基础。
