摘    要:从云南滇池底泥中筛选出1株能够高效降解微囊藻毒素(Microcystins,MCs)的纯菌种.该菌无细胞提取液能进行降解MC-RR和MC-LR的酶促反应,并有最终产物的积累.在pH 6~8范围内酶对MC-RR和MC-LR的催化降解活性较高,Cu2+、Mn2+和Zn2+对降解MCs的酶促反应没有明显的促进作用.

Abstract:A strain of bacterium capable of biodegrading microcystin(MC) RR and MC-LR was isolated from the sediments of Dianchi Lake.It was demonstrated that the enzymes in cell-free extract of this bacterium were responsible for the degradation of MC-RR and MC-LR,and the dead-end products of MC-RR and MC-LR catalyzed by these enzymes were observed on HPLC chromatograms.Results show that the optimum pH for the activities of these enzymes was in the range from 6.0 to 8.0,however the metal ions of Cu2+,Mn2+ and Zn2+ had no apparent effects on the enzymatic degradation of MC-RR and MC-LR.
