| 摘 要： | 对上海市生活垃圾中食品废弃物和餐厨垃圾近年来的产生状况进行了综述,讨论了上海市对生活垃圾中食品废弃物和餐厨垃圾的管理和处理处置现状,并分别进行了总结。最后对上海市食品废弃物的资源化利用进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The current situation of food waste and kitchen waste in municipal solid waste of Shanghai City in recent years was reviewed in this paper.Then the status quo of their management,treatment and disposal was also discussed and summarized respectively.In addition,the future reuse of the food wastes in Shanghai City was prospected. |
