| Abstract: | Total emission amount reduction has become the most important task of environmental protection. According to indexes of emission reduction in the twelfth - five - plan period, the paper discusses emission of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides from angles of province, region, and industry to ascertain emission amount of the two pollutants in atmospheric environment of HeiLongjiang province . |
