| 摘 要： | 每一次破坏性地震都给人类的财产、生命、身心、生活等各个方面造成严重影响,并且地震灾情因社会发展而加重.已有研究从地震灾后抢救、重建和防震减灾等角度进行,存在很大不足:应急研究频繁,长期灾后重建研究不足;政府支持角度研究多,非正式支持研究少;自然科学研究较多,人文社会科学研究少,尤其是中国对地震的经验总结不足.
