| Abstract: | It is an important procedure that disassembling electronic components from waste computer motherboard for the reclamation of waste computer board. The composition of the computer motherboard and the technology of installing electronic components was introduced. The development of the disassembling technology for waste computer board mounted with electronic components in domestic and foreign were analyzed. The recommendations on the high efficiency and non-destructive technology of disassembling electronic components were proposed. |
