| Abstract: | Utilization and recycling of the chlorine-containing plastics would benefit the energy saving and emission reduction. The chlorine-containing plastics and their recycling properties, as well as the current situation and problems of the chlorine-containing plastics recycling in Japan were introduced. Promoting the development of recycling technology, building a highly efficient operating system of reclamation, and some response measures were advanced. |
