| 摘 要： | 结合一起炉窑助燃空气管道泄爆膜爆破事故,通过现场勘查、询访、谈话等方式,对事故发生经过进行了调查,从设计、施工、安全管理等方面入手,对事故发生原因进行了分析,并从工程技术、管理、教育等方面有针对性地提出了避免类似事故发生的预防措施.

| Abstract: | By using one kiln air piping leakage explosion diaphragm blasting accident as the case and by means of site inspection, visit and communication, the process of the accident is investigated in aspects of design, construction and safety management, the reasons are analyzed and accordingly precautions to prevent similar accidents are proposed in engineering, management, education and etc. |
