| Abstract: | The abundant water resources in the middle reaches of Changjiang River should be utilized in commercialized mode to promote regional economy.The main developing branches were selling water,hydropower electricity,navigation,aquatic plants and animals,aquatic tourism.Proper system of charges and prices should be constructed in order to coordinate benefit relations among the corporations which utilize water resources. |
