| 摘 要： | 当前我国重金属污染日趋严重,正在经历着从工业向农业转移、从城市向农村转移、从地表向地下转移、从上游向下游转移、从水土污染向食品污染转移,由逐步积累的污染进入突发性、区域性、连锁性的爆发阶段。但现有环境立法在应对重金属污染方面存在不足,因此探索重金属污染治理新道路,完善重金属污染防治法律迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | The heavy metal pollution has become increasingly serious in our country which is undergoing a shift from industry to agriculture, from urban to rural, from surface to underground, from upstream to downstream transfer, from the water and soil pollution to food pollution transfer, by the gradual accumulation of pollution into the outbreak of the sudden, regional, chain stages. But there are a lot of shortcomings about environmental legislation in response to heavy metal pollution, therefore it is important to explore new roads of heavy metal pollution control and improve the heavy metal pollution prevention and control law. |
