摘    要:介绍炼焦煤气力分级与调湿一体化机组的原理和特点。研究分析及工业应用表明,该机组具有分级效率高、调湿效果好、安全可靠性高、投资运行费用低、占地少、余热利用率高等优点,有显著的节能、环保和经济效益。

Abstract:The principle and characteristics of coking coal pneumatic classification as well as moisture control integration unit were introduced. The theoretical analysis and industrial application showed that many advantages of this unit were demonstrated including efficient classification,good effect of moisture control,lower cost,efficient utilization of the waste gas heat from coke-oven,safety,reliability,etc. This new technique has considerable economic,environmental and energy-saving benefits.
