大庆油田采出水中矿化度的处理方法研究

摘    要:石油采出水中的成分复杂,主要污染物包括原油、COD、悬浮物、硫化物、氨氮、以及大量的盐类等.如果把这些污水直接排放,将会对生物和生态环境造成很大危害,因此处理油田采出水问题,引起人们越来越多的关注,对之进行治理也成为最迫切的事情.本文对大庆采油四厂的油田采出水进行了水质分析,研究了胶束强化超滤降低油田采出水矿化度技术,并根据实验数据,对实验现象和结果进行分析讨论.实验结果表明用膜技术降低采油污水矿化度,使其能达到排放与回注、回用标准的可能性.

Abstract:As wastewater from oiLfield contains complex ingredients including pollutants such as crude oil, COD, suspended matters, sulfide, ammonia nitrogen and abundant salts and so on, direct discharge of this kind of effluent may cause severe harm to living things as well as to ecological environment. Therefore, how to treat and control wastewater from oilfield has aroused more and more concern and has become a problem in urgent need to be solved. In this paper, we studies the technique of reducing mineralization of wastewater, and experimental results indicate it is possible to reduce the hardness index of wastewater form oil field by membrane technique so as to reach the standard for discharge, re - injection and recycling use.
