摘    要:通过应用AFS-830型双道原予荧光光度法和二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银光度法两种测砷方法的对比实验,得出应用AFS-830型双道原予荧光光度计测定砷与传统的二乙氨基二硫代甲酸银光度法测定砷数据同等有效,且应用AFS-830型双道原子荧光光度计测定砷具有污染小、操作简便快速、灵敏度和精密度高、检出限低和捡出范围广、仪器稳定、便于推广等优点。

Abstract:A competitive experiment between AFS-830 Double Channel Atomic Fluorescence spectrophotometer Fluorescent Photometer and spectrophotometer.Was put on test For determination of Arsenic in water,the results shows that A close correlativity lies between mentioned two methods and AFS-830 Double Channel Atomic Fluorescent Photometer(fluorospectrophotometer) is easy to be popularize with the merits of low contamination,Simpleness and convenience in operation,high sensitivity and precision,extent measurement range and low detecting threshold stability in operation.
