| 摘 要： | 在泰县２０００年环境保护战略目标的基础上，根据代表性、科学性、政策导向性和可操作性４原则，选择、确定了目标定量考核的指标体系，该体系包括工业污染防治、城镇环境质量、农业自然生态环境质量和经济发展共４类１７个指标，同时提出了阶段考核得分的计算方法。

| Abstract: | On the bases of Taixian county environmental protection strategic obectives for the year 2000, the indexsystem for quantitative assessment of progress in the fulfilment of the objectives has been selected and defined in accordancewith the representativeness,scientific reliability,policy guidance and operativeness of the indexes. There are 17 indexesincluded in the system,and the whole system could be divided into four sections: industrial pollution control,town envi-ronmental quality,agricultural eco-environment quality and economic development. The scoring method for periodical as-sessament has been advanced. |
