摘    要:就“还原─偶氮光度法”还原介质对硝基苯还原率和分析方法灵敏度的影响进行了实验.实验的结果是:在硫酸介质中,硝基苯的平均还原率为93.0%,分析方法的灵敏度是0.0147吸光度/微克硝基苯·在盐酸中为85.3%和0.0137.实验结果表明,硝基苯在硫酸介质中还原优于盐酸。


The Influence of the Reducing Medium to the Reduction Rate and Response Rate of Nitro-benzene in Redution-double Nitrogen Photometric Process
Abstract:Abstract We have finished the reducing experiment of reduction - absorption method about the effects of reduction rate and the sensitivity of the analaytical method to reducing medium for nitrobenzene. The result of experiment is that the average re- ducing rate of nitrobenzene is 93. 0% in the sulfuric acid medium and 85. 3 % in the chlorhydric. The sensitivity of analyse method is 0.0147 absorption of light per microgram nitrobenzene in the sulfuric acid medium and 0.0137 in chleorhydric. The experimental re- sult shows that the nitrobenzene reduction in sulfuric acid ie better than that in chlorhydric.
