微生物絮凝剂的絮凝性及抗氧化性研究

摘    要:考察了一株产絮凝剂细菌BK-4所产絮凝剂的絮凝能力、组成及抗氧化性.结果表明,接种量2%、培养24 h后BK-4菌发酵液的最大絮凝率可达96.9%.发酵液的主要组成为多糖,提取方法对粗提物的絮凝率有明显影响,水溶醇沉法粗提物的最大絮凝率可达95.6%,粗提物多糖含量为1.65g/L时对DPPH自由基的捕获率可达最大值3...

Abstract:Flocculating activity,composing and DPPH capture rate and.OH scavenging rate of a microbial flocculants BK-4 were studied.Results showed that the best flocculating rate of fermentative broth was 96.9%,key composing of microbial flocculants was polysaccharides,while the fermentation conditions were seed volume 2% and culturing for 24 h.Obviously the extraction method of crude microbial flocculants has impact on flocculating rate.The best flocculating rate of crude extraction was 95.6% and scavenging rate of.OH was 20.7%.Correspondingly when the concentration of crude polysaccharides was 1.65 g/L,the best capture rate of DPPH was 39.6%.Since microbial flocculants from bacterium BK-4 have antioxidation and oxidation activity,it suggested that in order to improve activity of bacterium BK-4,the concentration of polysaccharides in the stated range should be separated with bacterium BK-4 during fermentation process.
