摘    要:硫铁矿废水预处理除铝后作为二价铁源,添加一定量的氯化高铁作为三价铁源,以化学共沉淀法制备纳米铁黑颜料.通过考察nFe3+/nFe2+( 1.8~2.1)、反应温度(30~70℃)、反应溶液初始pH值(7.5~12.5)和反应时间(0~60 min),探索了资源化利用硫铁矿废水制备纳米铁黑颜料的较优工艺条件.结果表明:在...

Abstract:Pyrite wastewater which is pretreated to remove aluminum is utilized as ferrous source and a certain amount of FeCl3.6H2O is added to it as ferric source to prepare nanometer black iron pigment by co-precipitation method.nFe3+/nF2+ 1.8~2.1,reaction temperature 30~70 ℃,initial pH of reaction solution 7.5~12.5 and reaction time 0~60 min were investigated to explore the superior process conditions for the recovery of iron from pyrite wastewater to prepare nanometer black iron pigment.Results showed that nanometer black iron oxide pigments with satisfactory quality can be prepared under the conditions of nFe3+/nF2+ 1.9,reaction temperature 50 ℃,initial pH of reaction solution 8.5 and reaction time 30 min.XRD,SEM and black iron oxide pigments qualification analysis showed that the particle size of prepared black iron pigment was about 17 nm,and Fe3O4 content was higher than 90%,which can satisfy Grade II in the standard of black iron pigment industry.
