摘    要:利用超声技术分别对武汉市龙王嘴和汤逊湖两污水处理厂的浓缩污泥进行破解处理.采用半连续流中温厌氧消化实验,研究超声预处理对不同污水处理厂剩余污泥厌氧消化性能的影响.结果表明,与传统污泥消化工艺相比,超声预处理能明显提高污泥厌氧消化的日产气量和消化效率,使污泥产气更加稳定.并且相对于传统消化污泥,超声消化污泥的沉降性更好,...

Abstract:Effects of ultrasonic pretreatment on semi-continuous flow anaerobic digestion of sewage sludge respectively from Longwangzui and Tangxunhu Wastewater Treatment Plant were studied.Results showed that ultrasonic pretreatment can obviously improve daily production of biogas and sludge digestion efficiency,and help to achieve steady biogas production.The digested sonicated sludge has better settling capacity but worse dewatering characteristics than that of traditional digested sludge.Due to the obvious nature difference between two kinds of sewage sludge,the pretreatment method is more effective in promoting digestion performance for Longwangzui sludge.When the digestion system made steady operation,average daily production of biogas and biogas production from unit decomposed VS of Longwangzui increased by 40% and 13.8%,which were higher than that of Tangxunhu sludge by 8.3% and 10.4% respectively.Ultrasound can improve the methane content of Tangxunhu biogas by 5.5%,but has no significant influence on that of Longwangzui biogas.
