摘    要:本文首先介绍大型煤化工核心设备锁斗的功能、结构及技术特征,通过制造规范和技术要求及各项工艺评定试验,对设备嵌入式人孔加强法兰与简体焊接结构适用性进行说明并进行改进,采用分段加工制造,降低锻造材料难度,节省制造成本;并对与壳体对接坡口进行优化,使坡口加工和焊接过程便于操作和过程控制,保证设备焊接质量,顺利完成设备制造任务.

Abstract:Firstly.this paper introduces the functional structure and technical characteristics of lock hopper of large coal chemical core equipment.Through manufacturing specifications,technical requirements and various process evaluation tests,the applicability of the embedded manhole reinforced flange and cylinder welding structure of equipment is explained and improved.Segmental manufacturing is adopted to reduce the difficulty of forging materials and save manufacturing costs;and the slope of butting with shell is also introduced.Optimizing the welding process is convenient for operation and process quality control,ensuring the welding quality of equipment and smoothly completing the manufacturing task of equipment.
