摘    要:针对河北省某厂的燃煤锅炉的烟管腐蚀问题,通过水质分析、采集腐蚀处的产物,进行XRD、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段分析腐蚀产生原因和腐蚀速率的影响因素.发现烟管与水接触侧发生了氧腐蚀.水垢附着速率、溶解氧含量这两种因素对腐蚀速率影响较大.并针对锅炉材质、锅炉设计、水质处理、停炉保养、人员素质等方面提出改进措施,为今后处理类似问题提供经验和参考.

Abstract:Aiming at the corrosion problem of the smoke tubes of a coal-fired boiler water in a plant in Hebei Province,the water in the boiler was tested and the corrosion products were analyzed by XRD,SEM,EDS to investigate the corrosion mechanism and the factors which influences the corrosion rate.The experiment results showed that the oxygen corrosion occurred on the side of the pipe in contact with the water and two factors,which are scale adhesion rate and the content of dissolved oxygen in water,had great influence on corrosion rate.Based on previous analysis,the improvement measures involve boiler material,boiler design,water treatment,furnace maintenance,personnel quality,and so on.
