摘 要: | 以麦角固醇质量分数达3%以上的酵母菌株Ys-5和Ys-16为培养菌,进行了用啤酒糟酶解液代替糖蜜培养基发酵生产麦角固醇的实验.结果表明,在最适条件下,添加少量自溶性酵母,酵母菌的麦角固醇产率可提高20%左右.

STUDY ON ERGOSTEROL PRODUCTION FROM YEAST CULTIVATED WITH ENZYMOLYSIS FLUID OF BREWER'S GRAINS |

Abstract: | The enzymolysis fluid of brewer's grains was substituted for the molasses medium to cultivate yeast strains Ys-5 and Ys-16 with the ergosterol mass fraction up to 3%. The result showed that under the optimum conditions and by adding a small amount of autolytic yeast, the ergosterol content of the yeast could be increased by about 20 %. |
