水库型河流锰污染应急监测技术研究

摘    要:以贵州和湖南的跨省锰污染事故为例,详细阐述了该污染事故开展应急监测的全过程,并就水库型河流锰污染事故应急监测方案、分析技术选择、监测力量配置、质量控制等内容进行探讨,并总结了应急监测的技术和管理经验。

Abstract:The whole process of manganese emergency monitoring in transboundary pollution accident between Guizhou and Hu- nan provinces was comprehensively described. The manganese emergency monitoring plan, the selection of analytical technology, the monitoring personnel organization and quality control were discussed in detail. Finally, the technology and management experience of this emergency monitoring were summarized.
