结冰条件下风速管的表面温度计算

摘    要:飞机风速管是测量飞行速度和高度的重要设备,对其进行防冰研究具有很大的实用价值。结冰条件下风速管的表面温度计算是其防冰研究中很重要的方面。笔者在给定加热功率下,利用计算流体力学(简称CFD)和传热学相结合的方法计算了风速管的表面温度。通过对空气流场、过冷水滴运动轨迹的计算和能量方程的求解,得到了多种状态下的风速管表面温度。由计算结果可以得到结论:在给定加热功率下,表面温度高于露点温度,表面不会有结冰危险。加热后的表面温度场在几何变化处的变化较大。在飞行高度和大气温度一定时,表面温度随飞行速度的增大而升高。大气温度对风速管表面温度的影响最大。

Abstract:Anemometer is a very important device for aircraft to measure the flight height and velocity. It is of great importance to study how it could be prevented from being iced over. The surface temperature calculation is a significant aspect in this study. Surface temperature of an anemometer heated by a given power was calculated by CFD and heat flux analysis. Based on the calculation of aercdynamic flow field, overcooled water droplets trajectories and energy equation, surface temperatures of the anemometer under various conditions were obtained. Sane useful results were eoncluded. Under provided heat power,when the surface temperature was above the dew point, the surface would not be iced over. The greater temperamre field change usually occurred at the place with geometrical change. At a given flight height and atmospheric temperamre, the surface temperarare elevated with the increase of the flight velocity. The atmospheric temperamre showed great impact on the surface temperature of the anemometer.
