电除尘器对高比电阻粉尘收集的研究

摘    要:电除尘器收集高比电阻粉尘易产生反电晕,除尘效率较低。通过增湿降低比电阻,调节风速、电压改善除尘器性能。研究表明:实验设备在风速为0.27m/s,电压为65kV,含湿量为3%时,除尘效率最高达到99.7%。

Abstract:The high specific resistance dust collection with electrostatic precipitator can cause anti-corona and has low efficiency of dust removal.Through adding wet to reduce specific resistance and adjusting wind speed,the property of precipitator can be improved.
