摘    要:采用刚塑性有限元法分析钨合金棒材无模流变成形变形区速度场、应力场及变形力。收敛条件采用总能量泛函收敛准则、速度收敛准则、节点力不平衡量收敛准则的 3个条件同时满足的收敛判定。给出钨合金棒材无模流变成形力能参数的数值解。变形力理论计算值与实验结果相吻合 ,相对误差小于 10 %。

Abstract:Rigid Plastic Finite Element Method(RPFEM) is applied extensively in modern plastic processing. Velocity field and stress field have been analysed by means of RPFEM for the first time in dieless drawing technology of W alloy. Deformation initial velocity is determined by method of function G. The convergence conditions are that convergence of total energy function, convergence of velocity correction, and convergence of node's stress inequilibrium. The velocity field and stress field and drawing force all are given by RPFEM. The calculated results of drawing force by RPFEM are approximate to that of experiment. Relative errors of drawing force to that of experiment are less than 10%.
