| Abstract: | In this paper, achievements and problems of waste battery management and recycle in China and foreign countries are analyzed. Approaches for enforcing environmental sound management of waste battery are discussed. Some suggestions of countermeasures and polices are put forward such as controlling the battery producing source, enforcing the construction of the management regulations, consummating the management system, establishing and perfecting the environmental sound management mechanism, exploring some advancing technologies suit the situation of our country, etc. |
