摘    要:本文对液相催化氧化脱硫脱氮的新方法进行了研究 ,在鼓泡反应发生器内进行了液相催化氧化脱硫脱氮的实验。采用钼硅酸溶液及其还原产物脱除烟气中的SO2 和NOX,分别就吸收液的浓度、pH值、温度、停留时间等因素对SO2 和NOX 去除效率的影响及其变化规律进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,钼硅酸能十分有效地吸收SO2 ,将SO2 氧化成H2 SO4,并使杂多酸还原为杂多蓝。随后又被用于去除NOX,把NOX 还原成N2 ,蓝色溶液再次被氧化成为黄色溶液

Abstract:The new method of reducing SO 2 and NO X in flue gas by aqueous catalyzed oxidation is studied in this paper. The experiments of aqueous catalyzed oxidation desulfurization and denitrification were carried out in a bubbling reactor. Selective removal of SO 2 and NO X from gas streams was investigated using aqueous solutions of 12 H 4SiMo 12 O 40 and its reduced molybdenum blue species. The influence and the varying law of the concentration, pH, temperature and contacting time of absorbing solution on the absorbing efficiency of SO 2 and NO X were studied. The experimental results show that SO 2 in the flue gas can be removed quantitatively by yellow solution of 12 H 4SiMo 12 O 40 , and SO 2 is oxidized into H 2SO 4, while the yellow solution is reduced into blue species. The reduced molybdenum blue solution is then used for the removal of NO X, while NO X is reduced into N 2, and the blue solution is then oxidized back into yellow species.
