| 摘 要： | 根据石棉制板的生产现状，对其生成过程进行清洁生产审计评估，提出清洁生产方案并付诸实施，实施后，石棉粉尘排放总量减少99.3%，原材料利用率提高14.4%，溶剂油回收率达86.4%，年净增加效益63.1万元，环境、经济、社会效益明显。

| Abstract: | Basing on the status quo of the production of asbestine board,cleaner production assessment had been done upon the process of production.The project of cleaner production had been put forward and implemented.The amount of asbestine dust had been reduced by 99.3 %,the rate of using raw and processed material increased by 144 %,the rate of refining solvent oil had reached 86.4 %,incomes increased by 631 thousand yuan per year.The action was beneficial to environment,economy,and the society. |
