Discussion on the Effect of Kaizen on Total Quality Management and Quality Improvement for Military Products |

| Abstract: | Quality improvement is a very important process for development program of military products. Based on the methodology of total quality management and combined with personal practical work experience, this paper not only discusses the definition the process of kaizen, but also gives some expositions and explanation for how to drive this process, in order to facilitate continual quality improvement. |
