摘    要:为了对退役铀尾矿库的环境稳定性进行分析,以某退役铀尾矿库为实例,在收集了连续3年环境监测数据的基础上,通过因子分析法对影响铀尾矿库环境稳定的13个指标进行了筛选,确定了p H值等6个主要指标,并利用层次分析法确定了各指标的权重。利用模糊数学理论求出了概率α=0.9时各指标的稳定区间,通过构造函数算出了铀尾矿库环境稳定率随时间的变化情况。结果表明,该铀尾矿库的环境稳定性整体较差,仍需进一步加强治理。

Analysis and Application of Environmental Stability of Decommissioning Uranium Tailings Pond
Abstract:In order to analyse the environmental stability of uranium tailings pond ,taking one decommissioned uranium tail-ings pond as an instance ,based on the collection of three years of environmental monitoring data ,six main indexes ,such as pH ,have been determined after screening of thirteen environmental indexes affecting the stability of uranium tailings pond environment by factor analysis ,and the weight of each main index is determined by using analytic hierarchy process .At the same time ,the stable region of each index is calculated through the fuzzy mathematics theory when the probability equals 0 .9 , and the change law of environmental stable rate varying with time of uranium tailings pond is worked out through building in -dicative function .The results show that the environmental stability of the uranium tailings pond is still poor and the further decommissioning disposal is still needed .
