| 摘 要： | 根据综合评价指标体系建立的原则,建立了高校节能评价指标体系。利用层次模糊(AHPFUZZ)综合评价方法,分别计算各指标权重和建立评判矩阵,根据加权平均的方式提出高校节能效果评价方法。评价方法对定性评估高校节能效果提供了定量计算依据,对评估实际节能工程改造效果具有指导作用。

The Evaluation Method of University Energy -saving Based on the AHP -FUZZ |

| Abstract: | According to the principle of comprehensive evaluation index system ,the evaluation index system about universi-ty energy-saving is established .The fuzzy Hierarchy (AHP-FUZZ ) comprehensive evaluation method is applied to calcu-late the weight of each index and establish the evaluation matrix .The evaluation method of university energy -saving is put forward based on the weighted average .The evaluation method provides a quantitative calculation basis for qualitative assess-ment of the university energy -saving and it can also be a guide to assess the actual work of university energy -saving pro-jects . |
