摘 要: | 针对某石化产业园区污水水质波动大、可生化性不好、现有污水处理工艺难于达标等问题,在分析现有设施运行情况和实际水质状况的基础上,提出了采用水解+A/O+MBR的工艺处理该园区污水,并进行现场中试试验研究。经3个月的条件试验及1个月的连续运行,处理后出水COD质量浓度低于50 mg/L,氨氮质量浓度低于5 mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准要求。

Pilot Study on A/O+MBR Process for Treatment of Petrochemical Industrial Wastewater |

Abstract: | There are some problems in petrochemical industrial park , such as frequent water quality fluctuation ,poor biodegradability and flunk effluent test .Through analyses of the operation of sewage treatment facilities and wastewater quali-ty data ,the process flow of hydrolytic acidification + A/O system+ultrafiltration has been proposed and the pilot research is conducted on the site .After 3 months of condition study and one month of trial run ,the results show that the effluent of the concentrations of COD is less than 50 mg/L ,the concentrations of NH3 -N is less than 5 mg/L and the effluent can meet the requirements of National First Grade A Discharge Standard (GB 18918—2002 ) . |
