摘 要: | 采用Fenton试剂氧化法处理某钢铁厂焦化废水,对影响Fenton试剂处理焦化废水效果的因素进行分析,包括H_2O_2投加量、nFe~(2+)]∶mH_2O_2]、p H值、反应温度、反应时间等。结果表明,对于该焦化废水最佳反应条件为:H_2O_2投加量50 m L/L(即每升水样投加量为50 m L),nFe~(2+)]∶mH_2O_2]=1∶10,p H=3,反应温度为30℃,反应时间30 min,废水COD去除率可达到70%~79%。该研究为高浓度难降解废水处理提供了数据支持。

Study of Coking Wastewater Treatment by Fenton Reagent Oxidation Process |

Abstract: | In this study ,the influences of Fenton reagent on the treatment of coking wastewater in a steel mill are analyzed , including the dosage of H2O2 ,the ratio of ferrous to hydrogen peroxide(nFe2+ ]∶mH2O2]) ,pH value ,reaction tempera-ture and reaction duration .The results show that the optimum reaction conditions for coking wastewater are as follows :the dosage of H2O2 is 50 mL/L ,nFe2+ ]∶mH2O2 ] is 1∶10 ,pH is 3 ,the reaction temperature is 30 ℃ and the reaction du-ration is 30 mins .Under these experimental conditions ,coking wastewater COD removal rates can reach up to 70% ~79% . The effluent can meet the standard of the emission of the coking wastewater . |
