摘    要:矿区资源环境承载力是衡量矿区环境质量状况和环境容量受人类生产生活活动干扰能力的重要指标。笔者分析和建立矿区资源环境承载力评价指标体系及结构,运用矢量投影原理,建立了矿区资源环境承载力评价的多指标投影评价模型。该方法将评价样本视为矢量,用评价对象在理想对象上的投影距离表示矿区资源环境承载力状况,为矿区资源环境承载力评价提供一种更加符合客观实际的评价方法。以研究矿区为例,运用投影方法对其资源环境承载力现状趋势进行了评价,其结果表明与矿区实际相吻合,并为研究矿区的复合生态系统调控提供指导。

Abstract:Mine resources environmental capacity is one of the key indicators to evaluate mine environmental quality and the interference capacity of the environment caused by production activities of human being. An assessment indexes system and its structure of mining area resources and environment carrying capability were put forward. A multi-indicator projection evaluation model is established based on vector projection principle. In this model, the evaluated samples are regarded as vectors, and the projection distance of evaluated objects projecting on the ideal objects is regarded as mining area resources and environment carrying capability. This provides a more practical method for the evaluation of mine resources environmental capacity. Taking the studied mine area as an example, this projection model is used to assess its resources and environment carrying capability. The result show it is in accord with the real situation. This method can provide guidance for complex ecosystem regulation of mining area.
