| 摘 要： | 对昌吉州＂十一五＂期间工业污染状况进行了调查研究,重点探讨昌吉州污染源分布,工业能源消耗以及主要污染物排放特征和发展趋势。由分析得知,在昌吉州主要工业污染源分布,污染物总量排放水平等都存在较大的地区性差异,污染物排放总量分布不均。随着昌吉州社会经济的快速发展以及经济总量的不断增加,工业污染物排放总量亦将随之增大,为适应这种变化。通过研究,制定有效措施,为政府部门提供管理决策依据。
