| 摘 要： | 用等量体积混合的丙酮和石油醚作提出剂,弹性石英毛细管柱分离,电子捕获检测器,气相色谱法测定蔬菜中3种菊酯类农药残留。方法检出限（3S/N）为0.010mg/L~0.023 mg/L,相对标准偏差均〈7%,样品加标回收率在78%~91%范围内。方法简便快速,可满足蔬菜安全卫生的监督检测。

| Abstract: | The residues of three types of pyrethroid pesticide are detected by using the GC method and ECD which the extractant is the compound of acetone and ethyl acetate under the same bulk mixture condition,and the separator is the fused-silica capillary column.The detection limits of the above method are 0.010-0.023 mg.L-1,the RSDs are less7% and the sample recovery rates of standard addition are 78-91%.The results indicate that this method is easy and fast enough to satisfy the remand of detecting and supervisin... |
