我国水泥工业大气污染物排放量估算

摘    要:水泥工业是粉尘,SO2和NOx等多种大气污染物的重要排放源.根据各地水泥工业的工艺现状、活动水平、除尘器的除尘效率和污染物排放因子,估算了1995—2005年我国水泥工业生产过程中排放的粉尘,PM10,PM2.5,SO2,NOx,氟化物和CO等的排放量,并给出了2005年分省区、分工艺的排放清单.结果表明,污染物排放量与水泥活动水平呈正相关.1995年以来,随着水泥产量增加,污染物排放量增长迅速,2005年我国水泥工业排放排放粉尘520.69×104 t,PM10437.24×104 t,PM2.5301.06×104 t,SO2 86.09×104 t,NOx286.67×104 t,氟化物57.72×104t,CO1 987.97×104 t;山东、浙江、江苏、河北和广东等水泥生产大省污染物排放量较大,污染物排放总量占全国总排放量的46.6%,新型干法的推广应用有助于大气污染物的减排.

Abstract:Cement industry is an important emission source which gives out dust and gaseouspollutants such as SO2, NOx, etc. The emissions of air pollutants includingdust, PM10, PM2.5, SO2, NOx, fluoride and CO of cement industry in China from 1995 to 2005 were estimated on the basis of technology status, productivity, removal efficiency of dust collectors and emission factors. The emissions inventory for different provinces and different technologies were also worked out. The result showed that emissions of air pollutants had a positive correlationwith the cement yield. Since 1995, emission of pollutants had increased rapidly〖JP2〗 in accompany with the increase in cement yield. In 2005, the emissions of dust,PM10, PM2.5, SO2, NOx, fluoride and CO in cement industry all over China came to 520.69×104, 437.24×104, 301.06×104, 86.09×104, 286.67×104, 57.72×104, 1 987.97×104 t, respectively. Air pollutants emissionsinShandong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hebei and Guangdong Provinces was relatively larger which accounted for 46.6% of the total emissions all over the country. Furthermore, application and extension of new source performance standards (NSP) should contribute great to the reduction of emissions in the future.〖JP〗
