| 摘 要： | 强调用动态的观点进行环境质量评价，着重对如何从方法上体现这种观点进行了探索，提出了“变权”思想，设计了“权”调整公式，并依此对新疆库尔勒市环境综合质量进行了评价，其结果表明该方法在实际应用中是可行的，也是较合理的。

| Abstract: | In this articale,the writers stress the importance of evaluating the environmental quality with a dynamic viewpoint,focusing on the research of methodology.Then,they put forward a idea of "alterable weight" and design a formula adjusting the weight.Based on the study,the writers analyse and assess the environmental comprehensive quality in Ku-eler City,Xinjiang Uyger Autonomous Region.The result of reseach shows that the actual application of the method is reasonable and practicable. |
