| 摘 要： | 鞍钢鲅鱼圈80万t/a钢渣热闷处理生产线是环保示范工程项目,采用了目前国际上流行的EPC工程管理模式进行投资建设。中国京冶工程技术有限公司作为该项目的EPC总承包商,充分发挥了设计在工程总承包中的主导作用,运用成熟的EPC总承包项目管理经验成功完成了该项目的承建。对鞍钢鲅鱼圈钢渣热闷处理工程的EPC总承包项目管理实践进行了详细的论述。

| Abstract: | Bayuquan steel slag heat-stuffing treatment line(8×10~5 t/a) of Anshan Iron and Steel Company is a model project of environmental protection,which is invested and constructed with EPC project management model that is currently a popular international project management model.As the EPC general contractor,China Jingye Engineering Co.,Ltd fully plays a leading role of the design in general contract and uses mature EPC management experience which attains a successful completion of the project's construction.In this paper,the EPC project management practice of Bayuquan project is described in detail. |
