| 摘 要： | 基于生态系统服务和福利的内涵，给出了可持续城市的一种定义，建立了可持续福利的一种定量表述模型，分析了中国可持续城市建设面临的主要问题及成因，提出了中国可持续城市建设的途径：开展可持续城市建设的理论研究、强化可持续城市建设的方法论研究、健全可持续城市的制度建设、完善可持续城市的管理体制、构建可持续城市建设的绩效评价体系、建立有效的可持续城市运行机制等.
